Spring in Texas. Warm days and cool nights bring out the best in us and usher in a new sense of life. It's not too hot, and it's not too cool.. and on some days you might just say… it's perfect. And this year, spring is inspiring us too at Brasserie 1895.
For those of you who have met Chef Kris Jakob or had a chance to taste his creations, you know that he is an artist with a passion for his craft. Ever-changing, Kris loves to explore and evolve the menu at Brasserie 1895, and heʼs at it once again. His new menu will be diving into the tastes of the GastroPub. A lineup of new menus spotlighting eclectic comfort-food dishes with a Texas twist, craft beers & cocktails, Brasserie 1895 is going to be an exciting place to be this spring. We will continue to bring you ‘Meals To Goʼ on Tues, Wed, & Thurs and beginning April 8th, for Sundays only, Brasserie 1895 will feature ‘1895 BBQ Sundaysʼ bringing something new to the table in Friendswood. New spring hours effective immediately, Thurs-Sat, opening at 4pm.
From after work drinks with friends to easy to-go dinners on a busy night, Brasserie 1895 is honored to be a part of building new traditions for you and your family. We thank each of you for joining us on this culinary adventure. We are so grateful for the chance to grow with you, and we canʼt wait to see what you think!
